Le Drandamur Rules
Drandamur rules are to be followed by all users that currently own a drandamur, an item or want to get ahold of a drandamur.
(More rules to be added as I remember O.o)


A) Rules of ownership


1. You can only display in your profiles drandamurs that belong to you

2. In case you changed your PI username, you can still display the drandamurs you own, only if it's true you were the legimate owner.

3. In case of PI abandonment you may keep your drandamur(s) and display them on your site as long as you don't claim them as your art

4. You may not enter drandamurs in art contests or other things such as neopet's gallery etc.

5. In case you decide you don't want your drandamur anymore, you can give them back to Chutkat so she can find a new owner for them. You are also allowed to

re-sell it on PI forums, however this must apply following rules abut sales and trading drandamurs.

6. If you purchased a PI account that used to belong to a drandamur owner, please first contact the previous drandamur owner to see if he/she wishes to keep

their drandamurs. After that, PM Chutkat on PonyIsland regarding the previous owner's answer. If he/she decided to keep it, you're not allowed to display

them anywhere as they don't belong to you. In case the owner decides you can keep everything on that account, you're allowed to keep the drandamurs.

7. If you lost the link of your drandamur please first use the search located on the drandamur website by filling up the neccesary information about it. In

case you don't find the link to your drandamur please contact Chutkat and provide the most information neccesary with this form:

- Type of the drandamur
- Year it was made 2006/2007/2008
- Name of the drandamur
- Colorings of the drandamur
- Owner of drandamur
- Anything else?

8. If you won a drandamur in the past events but you didn't filled up his information rightaway please contact Chutkat specifying which drandamur it is,

where you won it (proof that you got it), and filling up the neccesary information so she can fill it up. In case the proof is on a thread please be so

gentle to find the thread the drandamur was won. Due major circumstances Chutkat may not have time to look for the thread by herself.

9. A user is allowed to gift their drandamurs whenever they want as long as the user and the new user send approval to Chutkat.

10. God drandamurs are not to be sold / Traded / gifted or anything else. Once a God drandamur find it's owner it's stays with it forever, unless the owner

of the drandie God is to leave PI, if that's the case the owner must specify whom the drandamur is going with, or give it back to Chutkat.
The Drandamur god that is left won't die, instead it will be transformed into rock item fragments that are used be other drandies to adquire the god's

special gift.

11. You are allowed to make drandamur banners and avvies out of your own drandamurs. You're not allowed to use banners and icons of drandamurs that don't

belong to you unless they're officialy made by Chutkat.

12. You're allowed to create drandamur and banners to other users with their drandamurs, but only if it's gonna be used by them.

13. Drandamurs are not to be edited by any way, they cannot be altered, cut etc. Stealing will not be tolerated an so there will become a permanent ban

14. Trial users cannot own a drandamur since transactions cannot be done. However the click an take drandies can be used by anyone, as long as it follows the

rest of the rules.

15. Click and take drandamurs cannot breed, be sold, traded etc.

16. Once you have a drandamur please go to the drandamur site (log in with your user account), follow the instructions to add drandamurs and create new

accounts on the website, This is to keep an order to the things and this way you won't loose your drandamur's link. If you need help please contact Chutkat

about it.



B) Sales & Trading

17. Drandamurs can be re-sold or traded any time using Muninn's Chronicles Forums or PI forums if necessary.

18. Drandamurs can be traded for other drandamurs, drandie items, pg, bp, waja credits (as long as it applies with Wajas' rules), other adoptables, adoptable

items, and art. Other kind of trade or sale is strictly forbidden.

18. If the owner has a financial emergency and so needs to sell her drandamurs to help restore their finance problems, you ARE allowed to sell your

drandamurs for USD and other monetary currencies, however user must first speak and ask permission to Chutkat specifying why they need to sell their

drandamur.

19. Drandamur items can be traded for drandie items, drandamurs, pg, bp, waja credits (as long as it applies with Wajas' rules), other adoptables, adoptable

items, and art. Other kind of trade or sale is strictly forbidden.

20. The arrangement between the persons of how they sell/trade their drandamur things is between only those users, Chutkat is not intermediate in those

situations or responsible for the results between the trade. Once both owners have agreed with transaction they must PM Chutkat with an exact title for their

transaction and save the title somewhere so you can remind Chutkat if more than a month has passed.

21. Chutkat is not responsable if one of the users didn't completed their part with the drandamur transaction after both of them have sent their approval.

Howver, if it's prooven that one of the users didn't completed their part, they shall get a warning from Chutkat, bad Karma for feedback, and if the case is

worst the person will be banned from all Drandamur related thing.

22. Drandamurs can also be gifted to anyone, as long as both users send the confirmation (approval) to Chutkat



C) Breeding

23. Users that desire breeding must have a license and pass or permit. License allows you to breed a drandamur, passes lets you use the nursery once, permits

lets you use nursery forever. This fees are just to be paid once, you don't need to get them again next season.

24. User must get at least a normal cloud in order to breed a drandamur, regardless of breeding with the Cloud decorating method or normal method.

25. For Cloud decorating method, the owner of the baby will be the person that offers the cloud items to the cloud maker. In order for a cloud maker to get

the pup, the owner must have a breeding item and offer it to the offering drandie, specifying so in their cloud.

26. For normal form breeing, the owner of the items will be the legimate owner of the pups, unless specified in forms that they're going with someone else.

27. The pup may be going witha third person as long as the person has the permission of the drandamur's owners and allow it to breed them. Drandamur babies

can be gifted to someone before and after they're born.

28. Due special circumstances if Chutkat is not available to grow your pup please don't message her complaining about it. She will grow them up when she has

time to do it. If your pup haven't grown within 6 months then you can go along and PM Chutkat about it.

29. Please keep a track of your items, several times due one or other circumstance Chutkat's track has been lost somehow. Please be honest doing this and do

not add more items than you have, as if we realize you're cheating you shall be banned from drandamur related things permanently.

30. Items can be used to make a combination to the owner's likeness, however if one item specifies it can't be used on certain kind of drandie please respect

that.



D) Politics & Manners

31. You're not allowed to harass other drandamur users in order to ask them to sell/give/breed/etc their drandamurs to you, if we recieve a report regarding

so you'll be banned from Drandamurs and if you posessed any drandamur before, it will be taken away from you.

32. Do not PM Chutkat asking her to give you a drandamur, this will be considered as whinning and the result is temporal banning from drandamur related

things. To the third warning of any act that brakes any rule you will be banned permanently from drandamur related things.

33. DO not PM Chutkat asking her to sell you the drandamur being auctioned / given away / sold in adoptables general thread, those are specificly for their

contests and will only be won the way specified in contests.

34. In auctions / sales / flatsakes / etc, you must read carefully the rules specified and then bid with the currency you owe, you may not withraw yor bid

under any circumstance, so please be careful.

35. If there's a post contest going, you're not allowed to edit your post, however you can post again saying you whatever you need to say correcting yourself

from the last post.

36. If you need to ask something please be the most well mannered, possible to whomever you're asking the drandamur related question. Chat speak /N00b

writtings etc will not be tolerated and so will be ignored.

37. Be polite to other users always, if you're found insulting someone for any reason you will recieve a warning.

38. Follow the forum rules always.

39. Please do not bother other users asking for a drandamur, if you're drandie less you can participate in events, post in forums, and perhaps you'll be

attacked by one of Chutkat's Random events. Nothing will come if you're a silent lurker.

40. Drandamurs are to be given away through customs, flatsales, USD sales, Auctions, Contests, Giveaways etc. If you wish to get ahold of one, we ask you to

be pacient and wait for this events to occur. Do not PM Chutkat asking when the next event will occur because this are to be totally random when Chutkat has

a time to make them.

41. In roleplay events you should read very carefully the specified rules in it.

42. Always read the rules in the events, this might vary from time to time, if you break the rules from that specific event you'll be disqualified from it.

43. Please read and follow PI rules regarding forum etiquete rules.

44. You may talk about other adoptables in drandamur threads, as long as it still keep it's first intention.
Ex. Drandamur Auction, you may talk about Kissas, Seedponies, Lupines, Skyreels, Dipities, etc. Without transforming it to a single adoptie thread that is not related to drandamurs and the auction information is lost.
